Job Interest
As a security personnel, they should be proud of their job and should posses the right mentality and job interest. The guard on assignment delegated should be well briefed on their job function by their immediate superior and must be guided for relevant instruction and clarifications.

Courtesy
The security personnel is often the first person in contact with a company’s visitor. The way in which a visitor is greeted and attended will project the image of the company concerned.

Alertness
To be vigilant at all time while on duty. To detect and prevent any activities which could result in injuries, damages, losses to employees, tenants, or visitors of the company.

Discipline
Discipline and proper execution of all orders given to security personnel by their superior are expected at all times. Personal feelings must not affect the way they do their job. A professional and trained security personnel should be able to conduct himself under any conditions especially when any from the presence of his superior.

Tact
A security personnel posses self control, patience and intelligence. He should refrain himself any argument with people and should never apply any forceful act under any circumstances.
